"Jeri and Jesse Hannon are a truly awesome husband and wife realtor team. When my brother and I relocated from Arkansas to SW Florida, we thought that Ft Myers was the area we would like the best. The Hannons took us to every property we researched, together with properties they felt met our wants. Ultimately, we felt that Ft Myers was too congested and we turned our attention further south. After weeks of patiently showing us properties from North Ft Myers to South Naples, we made an offer that was accepted for a condo in Estero. Here is why the Hannon Team is special. There was an announced Sat and Sun Open House for the property, and the Hannons were in Tampa for continuing education. My brother and I drove over to the condo on Sat morning, to see if we liked it, and we did. We called Jerri to ask if she could meet us at the condo on Sunday, since we were excited about the condo. She called us back about 15 minutes later and told us that she was leaving the seminar and that she would meet us at the condo, to look at it that afternoon. The rest is history. She drove to Estero to view the condo with us, and we made the offer thereafter. There were FOUR offers received that day. We are convinced that the condo would not have been available on Sunday, since we were told that our offer was slightly lower than another that was received on Saturday. The structure of the offer- thanks to Jeri- was what made the difference. But for her expertise, we might still be looking. I happily give Jerri and Jesse Hannon 5 stars for their efforts. They candidly pointed out strengths and weaknesses of the various properties we toured, and they were knowledgeable about the costs to fix deficiencies and to make upgrades, so we had a good idea of what the total cost of the property should be."
